Staff of the AGILE State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) in Kebbi State participated in a series of capacity-building trainings aimed at improving effective project delivery. The sessions covered practical project management skills such as planning, coordination, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring; institutional system strengthening to enhance teamwork, accountability, and operational efficiency; a detailed orientation on AGILE project indicators and the results framework to support data-driven implementation and performance tracking; and professional report-writing techniques focused on clear documentation, evidence-based reporting, and compliance with donor and government standards, all to ensure improved implementation quality and measurable impact of the project across the state.

Technical Support and Capacity Strengthening Activities – Kwara State AGILE SPIU:Technical support activities for the AGILE State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) in Kwara State, implemented between December 2024 and January 2026, focused on strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, digital data management, and gender-responsive education planning across the state. The support included training on AGILE indicators and results framework, Data Quality Assessment, GIS-based monitoring, digital data collection, structured reporting, and ethical data protection, alongside capacity building for MDAs, EMIS officers, NGOs, and CSOs. Stakeholder engagements supported gender education analysis, institutional coordination, and Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) monitoring, while collaboration with Development Option Nigeria Limited helped identify system gaps and reinforce governance, financing, and data-driven education reforms.
